The instrument allows for easy diagnosis and rapid detection of head gasket damage. In case of damaged cylinder head gasket or exhaust head part. containing, among other things, CO 2 passes through the cooling system. The principle of operation of the device is precisely based on the measurement of the CO2 content in the cooling circuit. The reaction liquid in the chamber of the test device will react with gases from the cooling system and in the event of increased CO2 color change. Tool design with double chambers (filter between the chambers) allows the separation of the residue in the first chamber (eg droplets of liquid refrigerant). which could adversely affect test results.
Note: When checking the chiller temperature is very high. Be extremely careful!
