Deliveries and returns
The transport of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered without signature. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.
Packages are oversized and protected.
Return of goods
In case of return, two cases can arise:
1- You have ordered a part and it is defective: once the defect has been noted by our company, we will send you a voucher by e-mail allowing you to return the part to us except for the LPG caps which, given their small size and weak weight and value, must be returned to us at the letter rate quite simply (postage at your expense
2- You made a mistake and ordered an incorrect part.
You can return the part to us after having received our agreement.
We can then either provide you with the appropriate part or reimburse you for the part.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
* It is mandatory to have certain LPG & CNG parts fitted by an automotive professional. Some LPG parts cannot be sold to individuals and are reserved for professionals. Our company disclaims all liability in the event of an accident or malfunction of your LPG system. Specific controls, electrical parts, such as switches, computers, electronic diagnostic tools, sensors, modules, injectors, cannot be exchanged and will not be refunded.
