Un délai de 2 semaines ajouté sans information lors de la commande

Answer:

Comme indiquée sur la 1ere page d'accueil chaque année , la boutique est  fermée du 05 au 21 aout , il est donc normal  que si vous ne lisez pas les informations et qu'en commandant le 16 que vous ne l'avez pas reçu le 17 .


Les expéditions ont repris le 21 comme annoncée !

Concernant le joint torique manquant et comme indiqué sur la fiche de vente l'adaptateur pour la bouteille de gaz est vendu sans joint !


 Le joint se trouve déjà sur la bouteille de gaz..


Concernant la pochette déchirée, merci de nous faire parvenir une photo, nous ne manquerons pas à vous en expédier une nouvelle.
