SECURITY :
First check: that there is no flame or burning source in the room; that the regulator is fitted with its special rubber seal and that it is not damaged, if not change it; that the NF GAS hose is in good condition and that its expiry date (except stainless steel hose) has not passed.
Operation of the safety device :
If the tube is torn or the flexible connection to the appliance is disconnected, the safety device is triggered and the gas is cut off. In this case, close the cylinder valve and only reopen it after addressing the causes that triggered the trip. Then rearm (30 seconds max) by pressing the push button located under the regulator. It is necessary to rearm the regulator whenever a bottle is put into service.

- Do not move the bottle while it is in operation, shocks or jolts may trigger the safety device.
- Any smell means leakage.
- In the event of a leak: immediately close the cylinder valve, extinguish any fire and ventilate the room.
- Never try to locate a leak with a flame, use a foaming product.
- If the leak cannot be located and stopped, put the bottle outdoors and come to the distributor.
- Flaming leak: close the cylinder valve, if necessary protect your hand and arm with a wet cloth.
- Always make sure the cylinder valve is closed before mounting the regulator. Never lay the bottle down.
