It ensures the vaporization of the liquid LPG and regulates the supply pressure of the injectors in order to guarantee reliable, efficient operation and a perfectly controlled gas supply.

Description

The BRC MB 1200 LPG vaporizer/regulator is a genuine BRC part intended to replace the regulator installed on many vehicles originally equipped with a BRC LPG system, including the Chevrolet Aveo , Chevrolet Spark , and others...

Its function is essential for the proper operation of the LPG system. It transforms liquid LPG into a gaseous phase via the engine cooling circuit, then precisely regulates the gas pressure before it is delivered to the injectors. This regulation ensures a stable fuel supply, a smooth idle, and optimal engine performance.

Important information regarding assembly

Depending on the vehicle version, some original vaporizers are equipped with fittings (elbows) of smaller diameter .

In this case, it is necessary to:

  • retrieve the old elbows and reassemble them on the new regulator using new O-rings ;
  • or order suitable fittings if necessary.
