Realy sad, I ordered and never got a response that the item was out of stock, I waited and had to ask for and answer, I never received an answer, had to force to get my payment back. I will not do business with AIRGPL anymore not profesional.

Comme chaque année au mois d'aout, nous indiquons sur la page d'accueil que notre boutique GPL est fermée ( cette année du 05 au 21 aout)
Il est normal que si vous acheté le 10 aout de ne pas recevoir votre commande le 11 aout
Les expéditions ont donc repris ce lundi 21 aout !
Nous vous prions de bien vouloir nous excuser d'avoir pris 15 jours de vacances cette année , nous étions vraiment fatigué

Avant d'accepter ma commande, il aurai fallu m'informer que le service de livraison était interrompu pendant 2 semaines.

es ist falsch zu sagen, dass es 1 Monat her ist!
Laut Sendungsverfolgung war der Zusteller der Deutschen Post sowohl am 28. Januar um 9:59 Uhr als auch am 29. Januar bei dir zu Hause, aber du warst leider nicht da.
Wir empfehlen dir, dich bei deiner deutschen Poststelle zu erkundigen, ob dein Paket zur Abholung bereit liegt.
